Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for data mapping, data visualization, reputed company reporting, and data analysis. This is a highly visible, collaborative position that reports to the Chief Technology Officer. The Business Analyst works directly with the senior management team to deliver solutions for extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing data and strategic insights to answer business questions and support initiatives. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting reputed company by writing queries, maintaining dashboards and data sources, ensuring output data meets expectations, and delivering accurate and timely reports.

This is a remote position. The salary reputed company is $70,000-$100,000 annually. 

Job Responsibilities

• Integrate, define, and evaluate data sources across the organization.
• Map and categorize data against business elements and user needs.

• Build and maintain reports, models, and dashboards around key metrics to monitor and improve performance.

Education, Training, and Experience

• 1+ year of professional experience with a focus on data and business analysis is required.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in reputed company with a focus on data and business analysis is preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong experience with and knowledge of relational databases (Any SQL required, MySQL preferred).
• Experience with building and maintaining data visualizations (Tableau preferred).
