Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to collaborate with our reputed company team in ensuring the timely creation, approval, and submission of invoices to clients. This role will also involve accounts receivable (AR) analysis, managing escalations, and improving collections and cash reputed company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the reputed company team to generate, review, and submit invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, analyze AR trends, and reputed company timely reports.
• Support the escalation process for overdue invoices, ensuring reputed company resolution of payment issues.
• Assist in account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and AR processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
