Strategic Planning and Architecture Design - Developing and implementing the overall architecture strategy for IT applications ? Leading and managing both reputed company and offshore development teams. This involves setting clear goals, providing guidance, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams ? Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects ?
