Direct experience in the games industry is beneficial (TPM, Product, Development, etc.) ? Enjoys orchestrating multi-organizational impacting software programs with many moving parts ? We are considering both candidates who are willing to relocate to Los Gatos, California, and fully remote candidates (remote in the US with approximately monthly travel to reputed company HQ as needed for meetings). The expectation is that candidates will work during core Pacific Standard Time business hours. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
