Pharmacy Technician - Service Team (Must reputed company in Utah)

We are only considering candidates that live in Utah at this time. Available shift - 11:30am ? 8pm MST Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday shift may be required (one shift every two months). Training will be M-F 8:30am -5pm for up to three weeks. Our Service Team is the primary contact for our members and their reputed company providers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES ? reputed company members about their pharmacy benefits ? Use clinical knowledge to review requests for prior authorization ? Resolve issues reputed company to eligibility and pharmacy claims payments ? Engage members as the first reputed company of contact in getting the help they need to resolve issues ? Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to and from members, physicians and pharmacies while maintaining quality standards ? Contribute reputed company to improve operational efficiency and member experience ? Shift is 11:30am ? 8pm MST Monday-Friday (no weekends) (Training will be M-F 8:30am -5pm for three weeks) ? Overtime may be available during peak times. QUALIFICATIONS ? 2 years Pharm Tech experience OR ? Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Active listening, conversational speaking skills, with a high degree of reputed company ?
