Requirements
What You Should Have: ? A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100 employees, particularly reputed company R&D/Product /reputed company and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams ? Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage ? Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development. ? Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive reputed company. ? Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. ? A collaborative, team-oriented reputed company with a passion for innovation. ? A ?can-do? attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges. Education: ?
