PostgreSQL Database Administrator- 100% Remote- Full time

Required Skills Minimum of 10 years of strong and relevant experience as a PostgreSQL Database Administrator, specifically for large scale applications. Extensive experience with AWS RDS reputed company, including setup, configuration, and management. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, configuration, and administration. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience developing and reviewing reputed company PL/pgSQL functions, procedures, and other database objects. Extensive experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Proficiency in SQL and PL/pgSQL programming. Familiarity with database reputed company best practices. Experience with backup and recovery strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours to support global teams and critical database operations. Must have experience in production system monitoring and incident management processes. Must reputed company after-hours on-call support. Experience in designing database schemas, reputed company patterns, and locking strategies. Experience in conducting performance analysis and reputed company planning. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, reputed company, Jenkinks). Preferred Skills Knowledge of other database systems (e.g., MySQL, reputed company).
