Outbound Contact Center Agent (U.S. Remote)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels. You'll handle a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. You'll treat reputed company callers with courtesy and professionalism and deliver 5-star satisfaction in reputed company interactions. Job Duties ? Responsible for handling/initiating and handling a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day ? Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators ?
