Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift

Requirements: ? 3-5 years of customer service experience (strongly preferred). ? Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns. ? Strong technical aptitude (experience with testing is a plus). ? Excellent communication skills for building positive customer relationships. ?
