As the first reputed company of contact, the SAC provides essential support in connecting patients with the care they need. What you will do as a Specialty reputed company Center Supervisor: ? Provides daily supervision of department expectations, employee hiring and training support, daily workflow monitors, process improvement, performance management and implementation of changes ? Reviews productivity reports and manages staff to assure they maintain quality, customer service and production standards ? Collaborates with the staffing team/leadership to ensure adequate staffing, plans and schedules for staff ? Address urgent and escalated customer service needs ? Understanding metrics and identification of actionable reputed company ? Ability to reputed company by example through consistent and high performance work What You Will Need ?
