Data Coordinator / Analyst
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Coordinator to join their team. As a Data Coordinator, you will be part of the Vulnerability Management department supporting high-visibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented reputed company which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Coordinator Location: Remote Pay reputed company: $55-60/hr What's the Job? ? Data Management: Work with large data sets (up to 300k rows), breaking them down into 4 primary trackers, with additional trackers being added as new data arrives. ? Vulnerability Tracking: Manage and maintain vulnerability data that is received from scanners. Process and break out the data across multiple trackers for ease of analysis. ? Collaboration: Regularly meet with stakeholders to review vulnerability data, assist with any necessary updates, and determine actions required. ? Reporting: Assist in creating and publishing reports on outstanding vulnerabilities, tracking their resolution status, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. ? Automation & Optimization: Collaborate with the team to explore opportunities for automating data processes and improving data handling efficiency. What's Needed? ? Extensive experience with reputed company functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. ? Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively. ? Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization. ? Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate data entry and reporting. ?
