Customer Support Specialist - Night Shift

Requirements: 3-5 years of customer service experience (strongly preferred). Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns. Strong technical aptitude (experience with testing is a plus). Excellent communication skills for building positive customer relationships.
