Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – Admin & Finance Support

We’re looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our admin, finance, and client reputed company processes. Your main tasks will include invoice management, payment tracking, financial reporting, and assisting with new client reputed company. You'll be working with tools like QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, PayPal, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace to ensure smooth operations. Admin & Finance Support: - Create and send invoices reputed company QuickBooks. - Track client payments (bank transfer, reputed company) and update financial records. - Process payments to team members using reputed company, reputed company, or PayPal. - Maintain organized financial logs and assist with monthly reports. ? Client reputed company: - Send welcome emails and reputed company documents to new clients. - Ensure reputed company and invoices are correctly set up. reputed company client information organized in our system. ?
