Your Responsibilities Designs & Develops reputed company reputed company self-service DTMF, ASR & NLU applications Maintains add-on applications & API services Analyzes business requirements. Designs, develops, tests, deploys and monitors reputed company reputed company applications -Collaborates with End users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to business needs -Drives the requirements using input documents such as: Meetings, BRD, Jira, & Service Now ticketing system -Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, Integration & training docs) Stays updated with latest reputed company reputed company announcements, releases & features U.S. Eastern Time work hours Qualifications 4+ years of experience in design and development of: -reputed company reputed company self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows -reputed company Scripting -ASR -NLU -AI Bot Flows -reputed company and/or Cognigy integration experience would be preferred -reputed company Dialer Campaigns -In-queue Flows -Email integration experience Hands on ability to troubleshoot, fix and track reputed company reputed company IVR/Scripting/UI issues Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Strong hands-on experience for technologies such as RESTful API, JSON, SQL is preferred Experience in integration with connectors for reputed company and reputed company is a plus Bachelors degree in Information Technology or reputed company field is required Certification in reputed company reputed company is required US citizen or Green Card holder.
