Nursing Home RN Supervisor (Night Shift)

Nursing Supervisor Job Description Regeis Care Center is actively seeking a Registered Nurses (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team of professionals! Duties and Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor include but are not limited to the following: - reputed company leadership and guidance to the Nursing staff - reputed company patient care activities and ensure adherence to established standards of care - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other reputed company to reputed company and implement patient care plans - Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and reputed company feedback for improvement - Manage staffing reputed company and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow - Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development programs - Monitor patient reputed company and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed - Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans and reputed company recommendations for improvement - Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records - Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care reputed company the facility.
