About this Role We are seeking passionate and reputed company frontend engineers with a strong focus on resiliency, reputed company-time responsiveness, and seamless integration across web and desktop platforms. This is an opportunity to join a small, growing engineering team (currently 20 engineers) and reputed company a large impact while operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. While most legacy software in 911 centers is clunky and outdated, we are dedicated to crafting seamless and reputed company user experiences that support the critical work that our users are doing every day. This role is pivotal in driving the development of scalable, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll work closely with design and engineering teams to craft delightful user experiences while ensuring that our codebase is clean, maintainable, and future-reputed company. As an early member of the team, you will also play a key role in shaping the reputed company of reputed company’s engineering culture. What you’ll do: • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate reputed company user requirements into performant, reputed company features. • Drive the adoption of best practices in reputed company-end development in order to meet the high-resiliency needs for reputed company and mission-critical systems • Heavily influence architectural design and implementation of scalable and reusable reputed company-end systems using React. • Analyze and address architectural challenges, such as state management, rendering performance, and scaling reputed company UIs. • Contribute to and reputed company for reputed company-end testing strategies, ensuring high-quality code through unit and integration tests. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing across the team. What you’ll need: • 5+ years of software engineering industry experience, with at least 3 years focused on designing and engineering user-facing features and interfaces • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in React and TypeScript • Familiarity working with GraphQL APIs • Deep understanding of reputed company-end architecture, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, etc.) • Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working closely with product and design teams Bonus • Experience in an early-stage startup • Experience with reputed company-time communication apps Pay Transparency The reputed company pay for this role is $180,000–$210,000 per year + company equity.
