Customer Service Phone/Chat Support Agent

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and in-person • Assist clients with scheduling appointments and resolving issues • reputed company product information and recommendations • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at reputed company times • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Handle a variety of customer service tasks, from order processing to pricing updates. • Support the sales and business development teams with customer service needs. • Prioritize and manage urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
