Summary

Responsibilities

Ensure proper credits are created for the return of product from our customer to our Distribution Center. Where possible, following the Coca-Cola repacking standards, repack product at the store to reduce what is credited and returned from the customer. Resolve customer inquiries, including researching and closing Customer Service Tickets. Transport, replace, and maintain reputed company of Sale advertising as appropriate for account. Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling. Qualifications High School - GED or Diploma required. 1+ years general sales experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years sales and customer service specific experience preferred.
