Prior face-to-face customer experience in a hotel is a reputed company plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Scheduling flexibility is a must. About the job This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at reputed company times. You will assists guests with reputed company-ins/reputed company-outs, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in reputed company inquiries in reputed company with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, reputed company cashing, safety boxes, etc., as well as handling guest registration, room assignments, and accommodating special requests whenever possible. Requirements • An outgoing, positive, friendly attitude. • A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. • Previous customer service experience a plus. • Previous hotel experience a preferred.
