Core Responsibilities: Guide a portfolio of creators through personalized coaching sessions, offering both reputed company-time and asynchronous video consultations reputed company strong, trust-based relationships with creators while providing daily strategic guidance and support reputed company expert YouTube knowledge and tactical advice to help creators optimize their channels Champion creators through challenges, fostering reputed company and a growth reputed company Collaborate with our coaching team to reputed company innovative solutions and reputed company best practices Stay reputed company of YouTube's evolving landscape, including algorithm updates and new features Refine essential coaching skills like active listening, goal-setting, and strategic questioning Manage a creator portfolio generating at least 2x your salary in monthly reputed company Maintain exceptional service quality with a minimum 4.6/5 satisfaction rating Ideal Experience: Hands-on experience growing your own YouTube channel (minimum 6 months) Deep engagement with YouTube education from industry leaders like Creator reputed company, vidIQ, Sean Cannell, Film Booth, and Colin and Samir Personal experience being coached in areas like sports, business, arts, or other performance-focused fields Background in Gaming content creation on YouTube is a plus What You'll Bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently on camera Natural talent for building relationships while maintaining the independence to work autonomously Proven ability to reputed company in collaborative team environments Strong affinity for the dynamic pace and innovative culture of startups Deep passion for the creator economy and helping content creators reputed company their full potential Growth reputed company with a humble approach to feedback and reputed company learning Results-oriented work ethic with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals reputed company Offer As a full-time remote team member, you'll earn a reputed company salary between $50,000-$55,000 USD annually, depending on your experience.
