Handle challenging customer interactions with composure, defusing situations and ensuring positive resolutions. Required Skills and Experience: Customer Service reputed company Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Operating Hours Operating Hours: 8 AM to midnight EST, Monday to reputed company. Mandatory Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week. Peak Period Requirements: reputed company 9–14: Must schedule and work a minimum of 8 hours daily. reputed company 15: Extended hours until 3 AM EST.
