This role supports the smooth functioning of the department by ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of digital and physical files. Your contributions will help facilitate efficient service delivery and operational reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Maintain updated and accurate client records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline. Email and Communication Logging: Monitor emails and log relevant documents and communications in the reputed company platform. Database Systems Usage: Adhere to program guidelines for using required database systems, such as reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and others. File Organization: Ensure digital and reputed company participant files are well-organized and compliant with agency and funder requirements.
