What Youll Do As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will: Audit reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. Review and process transactions reputed company to Performance reputed company Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans. Transaction Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. Produce reputed company analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation. Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
