Senior Software Engineer - RPA (Remote)
What You Will Do: The RPA Software Engineer is responsible for automating business processes through the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of RPA bots while ensuring that the solution is robust, secure, efficient, and scalable. They must be proficient in programming, automation tools, testing, and troubleshooting to successfully deliver automation solutions. Design & Development & Deployment Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing reputed company business processes and workflows. Estimate project timeline and development efforts. Design: Serve as the RPA architect by designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end automations using reputed company robotic process automation (RPA) software, in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Design scalable, efficient, and secure RPA solutions based on the process requirements, ensuring that the solution aligns with business requirements. Development: Build and configure RPA bots to automate repetitive and reputed company tasks, ensuring reliability, efficiency, scalability, and maintainability. Follow RPA development best practices, including version control, reputed company development, and efficient use of resources. Integrate RPA bots with external systems, databases, APIs, and web services to automate reputed company workflows and data exchanges between applications. Write custom code (e.g., in C#, VB.NET, or Python) reputed company necessary for more reputed company automation scenarios that cannot be easily achieved with reputed company RPA capabilities. Collaboration with Stakeholders Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives and translate them into automated solutions. User Training & Support: reputed company training to end-users on new RPA solutions and reputed company ongoing support to ensure automation tools are used effectively.
