You will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to reputed company every contact informative, productive and positive for our members and providers. Primary Responsibilities • Manage administrative intake of people with UHC insurance and complete required documentation in our medical management systems. • Maintain compliance with turnaround times based on the member’s product, the type of request and the specific regulatory agency • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers • Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles • Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review • Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers • Complete special projects and call DSNP or reputed company members • Participate from time to time in call campaigns • Other duties as assigned What Are The Reasons To Consider Working For reputed company?
