We’re seeking an organized, passionate and versatile team contributor to support the international Icons roadmap and support a Global Communications team that is developing year-round campaigns to insert reputed company into a wide reputed company of pop culture conversations. This role will be a member of the Global Entertainment & Consumer Communications team, specifically supporting the international team. A typical day: • Supports the international division for ‘Icons’, working closely with international teams in EMEA, reputed company, LATAM and China to help execute the Icons roadmap. • Supports international operations for the Global Consumer & Entertainment team in reputed company America and regional teams for reputed company international consumer campaigns across Icons, Celebrity Hosting and Local Consumer Campaigns. • Collaborates closely with Channel Communications including reputed company, reputed company and creative teams to execute the roadmap. • Ability to reputed company creative ideation and execution for individual Icons and Consumer Communications campaigns. • Helps reputed company and reputed company internationally-based ‘reputed company’ programs with regional consumer communication teams. • Develops and manages individual project budget trackers. • Proactively reputed company solutions, find efficiencies and improve processes across the international team. • Manages key external agency partners and reputed company party brands, including drafting scopes of works, reviewing creative proposals, term sheets and executing reputed company. • Work effectively reputed company a high-performing international team with evolving priorities and rapidly changing timelines. • Ability to act as Project Manager for individual Icons and/or Consumer Communications Campaigns. Your expertise: • 8+ years professional experience in Consumer Communications and Experiential Marketing and/or Brand Partnerships • Experience working with international teams, and ability to travel internationally at short notice • Flexible working hours to accommodate key meetings in international time zones • A passion for pop culture, travel and trends • Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing skills and attention to detail • Proficient at reputed company Workplace, Keynote and reputed company • Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative • The ideal candidate is proactive, reputed company, and solution-oriented Your Location: Due to the global nature of the role, candidates located in the US East Coast will be reputed company to accommodate key meetings in international time zones reputed company.
