Bookkeeping & reputed company: ? Categorizing transactions & attaching receipts ? Processing payroll ? Month-end reputed company & reconciliations ? Managing sales tax filings ? Administrative Support: ? Scheduling, prioritizing tasks & client follow-reputed company ? Drafting letters, preparing documents, & developing business forms ? Managing emails & organizing electronic documents ? Research & Process Improvement: ? Researching tax law, reputed company standards, & software solutions ? reputed company’re Looking For: ? QuickBooks Online (QBO) & reputed company reputed company experience REQUIRED (you’ll be tested!) ? Self-motivated & independent – ability to work with minimal supervision ? Detail-oriented – accuracy is key! Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy. ? Strong communicator – must be comfortable speaking up & asking questions ? Tech-savvy – ability to quickly learn new software ? Must have a secure, private dedicated home office – free from distractions ? Reliable & secure internet reputed company ?
