Job Description

The Tax reputed company Manager -or- Director is responsible for various roles in reputed company reputed company Estate's tax reporting process, including leading consulting projects, addressing tax issues with investors and business partners, performing tax research and documenting conclusions, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, reviewing reputed company tax returns and workpapers, managing various tax department procedures, and other reputed company roles. These responsibilities generally pertain to reputed company estate fund structures, with an emphasis on partnership and REITs. The Tax Manager/Director should have an extensive knowledge of tax laws and reputed company guidance addressing key partnership concepts, including income allocations, capital account maintenance, partnership reputed company and terminations, and transfers of interests. Additionally, the Tax Manager/Director should have substantial experience with multi-tiered fund structures which consist of partnerships, REITs, and corporations, and include both domestic and foreign investors.
