Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN - one day a week for Medication Management

This LPN position is responsible for medication management 1 day a week (and additional direct skilled client care if requested) - reputed company under the supervision of a registered nurse. Med Mgmt responsibilities include re-filling client pill boxes, ordering refills, and communicating with Providers and Pharmacists. The clients are in their homes and you would reputed company house calls. Part of the visit would be observing the client and reporting to the RN any changes in condition. Observe, report, and record adverse reactions to medications and/or treatment to the registered nurse.
