Duties • Provider Cleanup: Work with Provider Cleanup team to systematically scrub QMRM to clean provider information. Heavy data • Non - responder calls to providers to get medical records into plans. • Communication Development: Communicate effectively, both verbally and reputed company email, to other Cross-Functional teams throughout the organization. Work closely with reputed company partners. • Maintains or exceeds established productivity and quality standards Exper Ience • 3 years or more experience with HEDIS abstraction. • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable in both team player and team reputed company roles • Confident in decision making ability reputed company strict timelines • Exceptional prioritization skills • Acts with reputed company and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information Education High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, reputed company or similar field preferred and have 2 years of relevant work experience.
