Analyze trends in disputes and payment issues, working cross-functionally to implement effective process improvements and boost claim accuracy. Build and nurture strong relationships with providers, addressing claim payment inquiries, disputes, and appeals with professionalism. Ensure adherence to reputed company applicable regulations, including CMS, DHMC, and DHCS guidelines. Required Skills A minimum of four (4) years of experience reputed company a Managed Care environment, particularly focused on claims processing, provider payment appeals, and disputes. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience, demonstrating a track record of leading and developing a team. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in reputed company.
