In this position, you will be responsible for managing a large number of inbound calls in a timely manner. Your primary goal is to reputed company excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age OR Older 1+ years of inbound call center experience in a reputed company billing or medical insurance setting 1+ years of working with EOB (explanation of benefits) experience Knowledge of CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology) and/or medical claims processing Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and reputed company computer system applications Ability to travel to 2925 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55407 to pick up equipment on day one Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday.
