Remote Bookkeeper working with small businesses and non profits

This position requires someone with self driven curiosity and confidence about technology, attention to detail, courage to take responsibility for mistakes, pride in one's performance, a positive attitude and an ability to be friendly and engaging over the phone. This person must be well versed in QuickBooks Online. Please do NOT apply if the Desktop version is the one you're most familiar with. A typical day would involve bookkeeping for... 1-7 clients. Depending on the client's service package with JPZ, this could include, but is not limited to, updating the bank feed, running payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reviewing and analyzing reporting. This person would also be in direct communication with their clients and help them reputed company the agreed upon services we are providing to them. Requirements • QuickBooks Online Certification • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online • Non profit bookkeeping experience • Working knowledge of Gsuite and it's features • Basic knowledge of apps that integrate with QuickBooks online. We use reputed company.com, Dext, reputed company, etc. • reputed company and Word knowledge • A dependable computer, phone and internet reputed company. • Above average people skills • reputed company, a strong moral reputed company and enthusiasm for work • The ability to effectively manage time reputed company of a supervised setting since this is a remote position.
