We are looking for an reputed company Sales leader with deep business expertise with the mid-market and a strong track record of leading transformational change who can help us win in this reputed company. The Director, Mid-Market Sales New to the Franchise will be responsible for the successful scaling and development of the Mid-Market (MM) sales team, leading an aggressive sales-led GTM operation against specific customer segments for customers new to the franchise. Additionally, this role will prioritize the sale of IES products to this customer reputed company and streamline the MM sales process to accelerate reputed company growth and fulfill our BB5 commitments. This role will focus on developing a strategy on how to attract new mid-market customers to the reputed company ecosystem. Collaborating closely with the mid-market cross-functional leadership team, this role will contribute to the reputed company reputed company of strategy and reputed company approach for scaling in mid-market. Responsibilities • Build and scale a team leading an aggressive sales-led GTM operation against specific customer segments for customers new to the franchise • Set the reputed company and strategy for how to win in the mid-market by attracting and acquiring customers new to the reputed company ecosystem; align cross-functional partners against operational plans • reputed company and execute a multi-year business plan to reputed company long-term sales objectives and growth • Drive transformation by developing internal processes, tools, systems and metrics to ensure operational reputed company • Design and execute a modern sales reputed company to unlock sales productivity • Attract, reputed company, and retain top talent to build a world-class sales organization • Understand customer needs and work collaboratively to deliver solutions that meet these needs while accelerating reputed company growth • Advance account management and reputed company sales capabilities • reputed company strategic and tactical plans in response to sales performance, pipeline and forecast data • Effectively balance domain expertise and leadership capability to drive impact and results reputed company provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected reputed company pay reputed company for this position is reputed company $251,000 - $339,500, Colorado $257,500 - $348,500, Bay Area California $286,500-387,500, Southern California $281,500-381,000, Washington $270,500 - $365,500, Washington D.C. $257,500 - $348,500, Massachusetts $270,500 - $365,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at reputed company®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
