The Legal Counsel will also advise the lending, trading, and structuring groups regarding the legal and regulatory reputed company governing the securities markets, including the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Company Act of 1940 (as amended). Knowledge of Dodd Frank and other laws governing structured finance and securities markets is essential, with expertise on the Volcker Rule being a plus.
