Position Details: Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Peapack, NJ is currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist / Clinical Trial Vendors / REMOTE WORK to join their expanding team. Job Title: Sourcing Specialist / Clinical Trial Vendors / REMOTE WORK Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months Location: Remote Worker Client Location: Peapack, NJ Can be 100% remote but beneficial to be near one of the below sites to go onsite to meet team on occasion Note: The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract. You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan Job Description: Position Summary/Position Responsibilities SSBM reputed company will support the delivery of a robust vendor engagement infrastructure (processes, systems/tools areas such as: business process support, vendor assessment & reputed company, monitoring sourcing strategy reputed company, sourcing and contract compliance and audit/inspection support. Support execution of vendor assessment / due diligence in support of Pharmaceutical's portfolio Support the development of a fit for purpose vendor assessment process Manage and triage of early stage interests for vendor engagement where there might be a need for vendor assessment reputed company guidance and expertise to teams for required vendor reputed company and engagement activities Organizational Relationships GPD Business Operations and Sourcing customers in support of Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical Development Clinical Trial Vendors Notes Part of GPD group supporting clinical trials. Clinical trails rely on their vendors and this position is mainly to assess vendors for enrollment. Looking for someone who understands the Clinical Trials process. This candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders so must have high professionalism, good communication skills, be reputed company to talk with people of many reputed company. Must have good interpersonal skills, good communication with Stakeholders, quick responsiveness, think reputed company the reputed company, critical thinking, etc. This position will use in house vendor mgt system to understand each vendor, audit their SOP, assess their risk and for enrollment qualifications Former audit experience or reputed company would be beneficial Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) experience would be a plus/ reputed company to have/beneficial Pharma/ Pharma vendor management experience= needed Skills Well organized, team player, good communication, professionalism, quick learner, prioritization, fast pace environment, negotiation skills. Interview 3-4 person panel interview Comments: Can be 100% remote but beneficial to be near one of the below sites to go onsite to meet team on occasion. Must follow return to site policy. 12 months to start but can go up to 36 PK, NJ NY, NY Groton, CT Collegeville, PA Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
