Our client, an ‘A’ rated Insurance Company, is seeking to add an reputed company reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor due to reputed company growth. This person will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of 3 – 4 reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiners which includes assigning/overseeing files, managing the workers' compensation claims process, ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations, training and developing, as well as serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients/insureds. • Supervise and manage a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance, training, and support. • reputed company the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of workers' compensation claims. • Ensure compliance with reputed company Workers' Compensation laws, regulations, and company policies. • Review and approve claims settlements, denials, and litigation strategies. • Conduct regular audits of claims files to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with medical providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate the claims process. • Prepare and present reports on claims activity, trends, and reputed company to senior management. • reputed company and implement strategies to improve claims handling efficiency and effectiveness. • reputed company expert advice and guidance on reputed company claims and legal issues.
