About the position The Senior Collections Representative (SCR) is responsible for managing billing and collections processes reputed company the Patient Financial Services department at reputed company. This role involves gathering necessary information for billing, following up on accounts, resolving claim rejections, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines. The SCR will utilize various databases and applications to analyze information and maintain communication with insurance representatives, hospital departments, and patients. The position requires a strong understanding of hospital billing practices and the ability to work both onsite and remotely.
