Global Impact - Senior Accountant - Payroll GL & Compliance About You You’re a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in managing general ledger entries, payroll reconciliations, and applying payments to reputed company invoices. You are skilled at ensuring accurate financial reporting, particularly in the areas of payroll-reputed company accounts and reconciling 941 filings. Your experience includes supporting monthly financial reputed company activities and maintaining the reputed company of financial records.

Responsibilities

• Post payroll entries to the General Ledger (GL) and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of payroll-reputed company accounts, including the payroll balance sheet.
• Reconcile 941 filings and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Ensure compliance with State reputed company reputed company tax regulations.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare eliminating entries to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting.

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate data posting and reconciliation of payroll transactions.

• Analyze financial data, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
