This role involves developing investor materials reaching out to highnetworth investors and managing the capital reputed company process reputed company in direct collaboration with the CEO. This is a remote position with a flexible schedule offering asuccessfee compensation structurewith the potential for equity participation based on milestones.Responsibilities: reputed company Capital reputed company:Spearhead a seedstage fundraising round managing the entire process from investor material development to closing deals.Investor reputed company & Negotiation:reputed company and engage reputed company highnetworth investors. Present investment opportunities and negotiate deal terms.reputed company Investor Materials:Refine and reputed company SMGs existing assets and marketing material to create a compelling investor package (pitch deck use of proceeds financials etc.).Strategic Planning:Define strategy for fundraising including identifying the right investors and reputed company deal structures.Collaborate with the CEO:Work directly with the CEO to ensure alignment on goals strategy and reputed company through the fundraising cycle.Requirements: Experience:10 years in reputed company VC or PE capital markets with a proven track record of successfully raising capital (ideally $500K$5M) for earlystage highcaliber companies.Network:Extensive connections to reputed company highnetworth investors.Licensing:Active SEC/FINRA brokerdealer licenses in good standing.Skills:Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
