Title: Employee Resource / Diversity Equity and Inclusion Location: 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT reputed company: $40- $42 Duration: short Term • Full Remote Nation-Wide but must be reputed company to work EST Hours • Candidates must have 5+ years of practitioner experience such as ERG leadership, leading an ERG capability, program management, organizational development and/or DEI • Must have completed BA or Advanced Degree for consideration • 2 reputed company of Interviews before offer • Could reputed company into January 2025 depending on need ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary of the role: We are looking for a strategic global ERG Program Manager to reputed company our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). As a part of our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Center of reputed company (DEI COE), you will report into the Director of DEI to help grow our business and deliver an exceptional associate experience. This role will support the global strategy of our ERGs with the primary focus of enabling associate reputed company along with the development and management of global wide programs, events and initiatives in support of reputed company's global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Include: • Work with the Director of DEI and the DEI COE to align the ERG capability with reputed company's strategy and business objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for the ERG leaders (incl. co-chairs and executive sponsors) and members • reputed company and exit co-chair through a consistent recruitment and exit process • reputed company and manage global programs and forums for connecting, developing and recognizing ERG leaders and effective practices • Support the governance model and reputed company for ERGs across the organization • Manage ERG budgets and facilitate the semi-annual planning process • Manage associate reputed company platforms – reputed company Talks, Fireside Chats, Ask Me Discussions – and collaboration with essential partners, such as HR, Legal, Communications and CSR • reputed company and communicate the resourcing and prioritization needed to continue to mature the ERG capability to support specific business objectives – such as enhanced associate engagement in a virtual first environment, increased reputed company performance and operational reputed company • Collaborate with co-chairs to tailor global programs, events and trainings to local context • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on trends and developments reputed company the ERG reputed company and act as a subject matter expert for internal partners • reputed company and enhance metrics that measure ERG impact on reputed company's culture, associates, clients and brand • Hire, maintain and vet out and pay our external speakers and vendors • reputed company abreast of research, insights, and leading and innovative practices for ERGs • Support ERG co-chairs in providing ERG updates to Executive Sponsors and other key stakeholders.
