WHAT YOU'LL DO: • This three-year program is focused on developing versatile leaders through cross-functional one-year rotations, mentoring relationships, formal learning, and reputed company to senior leadership. • Rotations may include: Finance Operations, Data Strategy, Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis, reputed company Risk Management, Capital Management, Reinsurance, Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting.
