As Marching Music’s Major League™, DCI showcases live performances and nationally broadcast events that entertain millions and foster artistic expression and educational growth. Position Overview: The Seasonal Ticket & Customer Service Representative will travel to various locations reputed company (from June through August), providing exceptional customer support at the reputed company office and entry gates during DCI events. This role requires a motivated individual with strong customer service experience, reputed company to engage with attendees and assist with ticket sales. Additional Information: • Seasonal position from late June through mid-August, with required training throughout the winter and spring (virtual options available). • Candidates must pass a clear background reputed company (cost covered by DCI). • Sexual Abuse Prevention Certification Training is required (cost covered by DCI). • Compensation: $250 per event (before taxes). • Travel and hotel expenses covered by DCI. • Four complimentary tickets to various DCI-operated events. • Potential for growth to On-Site Ticket Office Manager.
