Senior Test Analyst with Life insurance reputed company. Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test Analyst to join reputed company with overall 6+ years of life insurance system analysis, business analysis and system testing experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Life products including the COLI/BOLI business, regulatory compliance, system analysis and system testing. This role requires a strong analytical reputed company, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a reputed company fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Life products including COLI/BOLI products. Understand the nuances of reserve calculations, ETI, RUP, maturity extensions, loans, and other product features. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience life insurance industry and testing experience • Strong Agile testing process • Strong Knowledge of SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company • Experience with compliance testing and regulatory requirements Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in a relevant field of insurance • Strong understanding of COLI/BOLI products and industry regulations Applications will be accepted until February, 7th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $53,477- $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
