Location: San Antonio, TX Discipline: LVN/PDN Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025 Hours: PRN (Could be once every 2 weeks, or twice for the entire assignment) Caseload/Details: • Kindergarten student • Receiving instruction in the general education setting • Services for Eligibility - OHI reputed company to bilateral vocal cord paralysis and tracheostomy care • Medical needs include: • reputed company oxygen saturation monitoring • Assessing lung function for coughing, wheezing, or difficulty breathing • Administer nebulizer treatments as needed through tracheostomy • Administer oxygen as needed through tracheostomy • Re-insertion of tracheostomy cannula if dislodged Confirmed Working Dates: • Thursday, 2/6/25 • Monday, 2/17/25 • Wednesday, 2/19/25 • Wednesday, 3/5/25 • Wednesday, 3/12/25 • Wednesday, 3/19/25 • Tuesday, 3/25/25 • Wednesday, 4/2/25 Number of Positions: 1 Onsite or Virtual: Onsite Special Requirements: • LVN license required Why Work with Blazer Jobs? ?
