Job Description

Responsibilities: • Under supervision, evaluate basic customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and as assigned, reputed company PM and safety/environmental inspections. • May assist more reputed company technicians on basic and more reputed company repairs/resolution. • Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues. • Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, hospital protocol, and completes necessary documentation. • Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow up, leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction. • As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract and supports business goals/objectives. • Work as a member of local team to reputed company efficient service delivery to reputed company accounts reputed company the assigned area. • reputed company trained, reputed company to reputed company on-call responsibility. • Document reputed company repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule. • Ensure proper care of spares, tools, and test equipment, and ensure calibration. • Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of reputed company standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment through formal instruction. • Understand and utilize sources of help (i.e., manuals, tech support, Facetime app, online resources) to answer questions reputed company performing PM. • Meet Health and reputed company Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements, and reputed company other applicable regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company field; OR equivalent military education; OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship, Apprenticeship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 2 years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment. • Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy-to-understand manner. • The successful applicant must reputed company with GEHC's standard background reputed company, including a post-offer drug test.
