VP, Director of SBA Closing (Remote)

Position Summary: The Director of SBA Closing plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and efficient closing of SBA (7a, 504, etc.) and USDA loans for BayFirst. This position is responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of the SBA closing process, including team management, operational reputed company, compliance adherence, and reputed company improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of SBA and USDA lending regulations and best practices.
