Company : Allegheny Health NetworkJob Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: Performs secretarial and direct patient care duties for a designated unit. Maintains the medical record, performs direct patient care for reputed company types of patients. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurately documents vital signs, weights, I&O, restraints, specimen collection and reputed company other treatments.
