• JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE • Manages non-clinical pharmacy benefits administration and formulary management. Areas of reputed company include formulary reputed company, pharmacy benefit customer service, member engagement and grievances, and vendor reputed company on delegated functions in these areas. Develops and implements program standards, benchmarking, and ensures adequate quality assurance and ongoing review of processes and standards. As part of an Integrated Delivery System, Samaritan Health Plans is strategically and operationally reputed company with reputed company’ mission of Building Healthier Communities Together. • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field required. • Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required. • Four (4) years experience in a managed care setting required. • Two (2) years experience working with regulatory bodies such as Centers for Medicare and reputed company (CMS) and the reputed company (OHA) required. • Experience in program or project monitoring and coordination required. • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Leadership - Inspires, motivates, and guides others toward accomplishing goals.
