Insurance Customer Service / Admin Representative

About the position The Client Experience Manager at Ark Insurance Agency is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients in the reputed company property and casualty insurance sector. This full-time role involves managing client accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the development of office procedures and company culture.
